Postage & Handling

Important Note: Due to increased security measures now being taken by Australia Post and Courier Companies there may be delays in delivery times of your orders, particularly with overseas orders.

All orders will be sent through Australia Post - at the following rates.

I recommend using registered post, at an extra cost of $2.00, as I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. Please advise on your order if you would like your parcel registered. Express Post is available if you require next day delivery, please contact me for rates.

An overnight Courier service is available through DX Express for parcels up to 3kg at a cost of $15.00. Please advise on your order if you would like this service. Some country areas may take two days, delivery times subject to meeting DX pick up times.

International customers will be charged the actual postage cost at time of shipment.

Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, money orders and cheques.  Cheque orders can be placed over the internet in the usual manner, ensure you select the cheque option of payment.  We will receive the order promptly in the usual manner and the order will be packed and billed awaiting your payment.  All cheques or money orders should be mailed to Scrapbook Heritage, 13 Raine Court, Delahey, Victoria, 3037.

For any reason an order cannot be fulfilled within 10 working days you will be notified as soon as possible.

Returns

We are happy to refund monies or exchange products that are defective, damaged or  sub-standard.
